Step-by-step instructions

1. Check the product reference and the lot number on the inner label.

2. Stop using the helmet.

3. Complete the online form on this page, attach a photograph of the inner label and choose repair or replacement.

4. We reply by email within 48 hours with the next steps.

5. Remedy

   Repair: We collect the helmet free of charge, inspect it, correct it where necessary, verify it and return it. Where we consider it the better solution, we may offer the customer a new helmet instead of the repair.

   Replacement: We send, free of charge, a helmet of the same reference or of a model of equal or higher value, and confirm the expected delivery date in our reply.

Both remedies are free of charge, including shipping and collection.
